Honestly, Candy Boy was so low on funding there were scenes of you staring at knees while they talked for 2 minutes.

It was hawt anime girl knees though, so it's all okay.

is this korean anime? looks way too cheap to be japanese, and it doesn't sound like they're speaking japanese

Unfortunately I've seen worse. I can't remember the title but it was some dollar store robots in space anime.

Its not Korean, sounds to me like their speaking Japanese.

The animation is old, could easily be from the 80's. Eventhough we remember the classics from those times, a lot of shite was made too.

Correct, and almost correct.
Made in the early 70's, at the time there were a little more than a hundred series at the time, but this show was a flop even at that time.
This show was made for maybe a year, I havent read anything about it lately, so I cant help.

But op, its old as ****.. So cut it some slack lol.

Nah it was more like a Gundam type anime but poorly drawn and lots of reused scenes with held cels.
