Personally doesnt matter to me in the slightest what you're wearing or what you've taken, as long as you're there for a good time and not to ruin it for other people that's all that counts!. Anyone who has made an effort just makes the evening more enjoyable for me, they bring the vibe just as much as the DJs do.

Well even if they shouted PLUR at those raves, it would be no different. People need something to connect them in certain groups and they use it to fight other groups. A bunch of young male ravers on either alcohol or XTC or cocaine - what else to expect but violence. Not that I'm judging everybody, but I don't have good opinion about human majority regardless of the scene. I only know that one is somewhat more likely to be punched on a rave with more popular electronic genre.

Ecstasy is the opposite, ecstasy brings people together and makes people feel 'loved up'. Probably not true for every single case, but that's often the reason the most antisocial people can be your friend at raves. Alcohol and Cocaine however just seem to make the bad people much much worse. I use a lot of drugs and I'll admit that hands down but it makes me sad when people are shocked when I say I rave completely sober a lot.
