Why did the German era of rave had to end by the end of the 90's getting replaced by stupid Schranz for the drugged addicted freaks or lush House/Hands-Up?

It was really special going to raves in 99 and hearing Hixxy play all those B Trax tunes, I'll never forget those times!

Used to borrow this cd of my cousin back in 03 always had a good play of it on most days back then

Oh and i used to blag her to listen to her Bonkers 4 aswell

This and Don't You Want Me are really really good tunes. Under rated. Never heard or heard of them outside Bonkers 7.

Always used to particularly rate this, from Dougals mix.
Expansions is also a good tune but its really let down by the very poor choice of lead synth.

I'd like to know about some of the artists on Hixxy's mix. Who were In-Iki & El Nino, Sonic Boom Boys etc? Were they ALL just aliases of Hixxy & UFO?

Funny how I tried to find a clip of Oceans Blue but couldn't find one :P

Anyways, name of the Don't You Want Me track is "Jamie Baker & Karl Allen ft Elaine - Under Current"
