Freeformforum.net decided to run own Awards, where winners get real prizes aswell.

Nice idea. I'll chuck some votes in later tonight.
To really get things going, maybe at the end of 2014 people could get together and put on a Freeform Awards Night event. I'd help run/organise it if people thought it was a good idea.

well it doesn't specify what year, so I guess go ahead. But I think it would be better for you to put in something recent. But do as you wish.
And how can we be sure that it wasn't Thumpa who isn't behind this? Well regardless, vote as you wish.
Perhaps we should go ahead and send the voting link to all outlets, including the Futureworld page, HTID page, and Hardcore Heaven page. I'm sure those lads have a sound mind and would make a logical vote

Got me thinking, we could actually do a serious HappyHardcore.com Hardcore Awards, couldn't we? See how it differs from the Hardcore Heaven Awards.
I mean, across the board - not just Freeform. I reckon quite a few people would vote. Hundreds of lurkers (fcuking hate that expression, by the way!).

Well we did have a HHC awards already, although it had nothing to do with the actual music scene lol. More of an awards among the members on here. But yes perhaps we should start one. And since it's your idea Jamie, thank you for volunteering to be in charge of it.

I thought the exact same thing when I seen this thread, we need to bring back our own awards. This is a respectable site & any awards won really would count for something. I would happily run it if I wasn't running the PPF project.
Jay this is so your thing man but would you have the time? I suppose the most time consuming part would be rummaging through the votes at the end. I'm sure between us all we could agree on the categories. Would be a nice way to round off the year :)
