Of course we'll give it a chance but are you really saying you think this reaction is unexpected? Really? Like, really really?
I guess he havent noticed how slow some labels can be, just like Raver Baby (and Rebuild *cough cough*)

I can see why a lot of producers hate happyhardcore.com, like ush really, a lot of cynical bastards who analyse every little tidbit of information on the net and shoot it down before its even happened. Moaning for the sake of moaning...
I have every faith that this label will do well, if anything there's going to be a lot of Styles and Gammer stuff on there and those 2 are the best in this music! Give it some time!

I am fairly surprised actually just how nice and friendly this place (hhc.com) is. Most forums have died with the social media arrival and others went full retard, or worse (ush.net), but hhc.com is still there and there is music discussion (I don't care for the other subforums on here) without too much pointless hate. It's quite nice, even if there's still 1000 other problems with it and it looks dated and the board software belongs to the 90s etc.
I agree with everything else you've said. Darren Styles & Gammer, honestly I would still follow them if they would do completely different music and stop hardcore, they're just good with everything.
From everything I know of what will happen in 2015, for a long time I have not been as convinced about the future of Hardcore as I am today.

My albums take 6 months to plan! There might only be 1 or 2 albums a year but they are always high quality, I would rather do that than have monthly digital releases with stuff trickling out.

Yea Semenation was just intentionally stirring shit up, or it's just another example of his bland dry humor. Albums take FAR longer to release because of the immense work it involves to get everything finished and signed off. Hence why they're higher quality than digital downloads. You can make a complete shit track or remix and release it days later as a digital download without having to go through anyone's approval or critique before being available to the public.

Somewhere to discuss upcoming music/projects without the sycophantic fanboyism that you tend to get on facebook pages is good. No one is moaning and everyone wants for it to succeed, of course they do, but as your good mate gammer said himself:
Gammer aka Matt Lee - Official Page: Paul Knight It's good to question everything man, points out flaws
I like this pragmatic approach he seems to be taking with it, responding to slightly negatively phrased questions and comments without resorting to his previous style of 'trolololol ur a h8er' type retorts. Maybe that's an indication of it being taken seriously, or maybe I'm just analysing that particular tidbit a little bit too much.

I love this site, it will never be ush 2001-2005 but for new releases and a bit of exciting conversation its alright, better than the sycophantic facebook fan pages where everyone rims the producer and no one questions anything, I just think shooting down a label before its even started is a bit much. I'm all for discussion and definitely criticism as that's missing from social media. I know a few bits going out on TWR including the amazing 'Love You Every Day' by Gammer and Whizzkid and I think as long as the label is regular and high quality then it'll do great.

I rarely dare to opt in, but anyone who thinks Styles and Gammer are elevated by default in 2015 are in for a shock. We *can* rise together but it won't be by any sort of default. We've fought hard for equilibrium and rest assured there's ambition way beyond that.

You can't blame people for being cynical when they're fed bollocks 80% of the time.
I'm all for regular, quality releases. Fingers crossed

There's a new years resolution worth making. Already spoken to Gammer; it's all gravy. 2015 might actually live up to potential!

Why does it always have to be a new label? Can't they just resurrect one of the ones they have used before? There are already a mad number of labels that were around for such a short time and then disappeared, i think he is just going to be adding to it here.

Quosh? :)
@Thumpa: Like latin said, it was just a poor attempt at humor :P I do know that releasing a physical album takes more effort than releasing digital tracks... not really actually, because who's stopping you from releasing an album full of unmastered, quickly done crap?

Surely the fact that it wouldn't sell if it was shite? There's actual money at stake when he's pressing XXX number of copies, ok he'd probably sell enough pre-orders based on the trust in the label that he's built up but he'd only do it once before people would think twice before purchasing again.

As usual, Dean is bang on. Succinctly.
Irrespective of that, I think this forum is still, largely, positive. Negative posts naturally carry more weight and stick in the mind more, though, I guess.
