I agree. The 'boycott all things French' movement is ridiculous. I am ashamed that a member of my country's government would put forth such a childish idea. If anybody ever tries to sell me Freedom Fries I will not hesitate to b*tch slap them. :)

you know what though... there are so many more ridiculous boycotting products coming out because of this conflict. Everyone loves Coca Cola... even the arabs. But Coca Cola is American. So they can't drink that now can they? Soon, there will be a new form of coca cola on the maket called Mecca Cola. This a new product made for and by the Arabs. Now isn't that a bit extreme???

Damn, we gotta boycott all things french? Damn it!!! I've just dropped off my dining table to be French Polished in Frenchwood... and while I was waiting I bought some French Fries from McDonalds and had a bit of a French Kiss with my girlfriend...... does that mean I've just commited treason?

One big excuse, to stop our Prime Minister from looking a prat for trying to follow the UN route. A nice idea but rarely successful. Now I am not overly keen on war but I do want Saddam gone. Perhaps they could re-name it Techno Wonderland and we shall have found the promised land!! I am sure after the war the Iraqi's could do with a big party, It would have to be bring your own beer but in a desert that size there is lots of space for tents and funfair's

well, let me say this... i am not too happy with the french right now, but i am not going boycott anything that comes from france, because that is just dumb.
i really dont understand why the french have to go the opposite route of everything the coalition proposals.
i am not trying to belittle the french, im sure there are some french on this board, but why do they have to be so... different from everyone. they are like that kid in highschool that tries to piss everyone off and rebel to -try- to be different.
oh well, some things will never change
