If it is hh then i would say Slipmat, reason being is that when everything started going doing dark he stayed with the happy side of the music & pushed it 2 another level you could also so say dj Sy as well

Well hardcore spawned from old skool,but early hh djs were Sy,Dougal,Top Buzz,RatPack,Slipmatt..etc.

the 1st happyhardcore tune i EVA hurd was children of the nite, so for me thats wot started hardcore off, but i dont rely no wot got the whole music genra off to a start

I dont know if Krukev is talking about hhc.com or hhc the music.
Like Simon said, Silver started hhc.com.
There wasnt one particular person who started hhc, the music developed from other styles like Acid House and drum n Bass way back in the
early nineties.
