On the admin side Royal Mail have been faintly terrible this year. On the collection, service regrade, and delivery side they've been far better. We're now on a zone sorted business letters/parcel service which seems even better than the service we had before. Obviously it still ends up handed off to local services in the recipient country, but from our end at least things appear to be in top-top-shape!

If you're based in the UK you should get it two working days after ordering (presuming ordered before 5 p.m ) as we use a tracked 48 service.
I believe Fracus has been manually generating and sending download links at the end of business hours daily.

Just started the download now but hell mediafire is slow. Says an hour and a half. If mediafire could give me the full potential of my connection it would take like 5 mins.

Utterly ridiculous; we signed up for the Business option as a temp measure (it can create more than 100 single use codes a day) which has "no speed restrictions" plastered all over it.

My fucking kids have destroyed the cover whilst I was at work , Mrs sent me a picture.
To say I'm pissed off is a massive understatement.

took me at most 20 minutes aswell. Got a solid 1.5 Mbit/s most of the time using a download accelerator :P

Took 30mins to download, if it had maxed out my connection it would have been between 4 & 6 mins for ~2Gb
I concurrently pulled down another 9Gb in the same 30mins
Just waiting on the CDs now :)

I have to tell myself, they are only kids, they are two and four year old girls and will naturally argue over pretty things, unfortunately I just wasn't there to stop them and wifey was in the kitchen, she sent me a picture straight away after giving them a right good bollocking (I would hope!).
The inner casing and CDs are fine, it's just the slip-case that is ruined. I'm pissed off beyond belief.
