with 'Scene' release crews it's simply a race to be the first to pre something online.

I've never ever downloaded an album, track ect, only buy physical copies, maybe because I'm old but thats me, the thing is I've noticed though is the price of these things, they are pretty much the same price as a CD or maybe a pound cheaper, now if I'm 16 with not much money, but know how to get any type of music not just hardcore, for free, then I'm going to do it, its going to be out there, maybe just maybe if the prices were a lot cheaper for downloads then a few more might just buy them legally, and not risk being caught!

searching for hardcore mp3 on sites like google will give you more illegal download urls (and fake ones) before you probably is able to see the real/legal sites

The seriousness depends about what he replies. Threats and warnings are usually being used in "phishing" method, with fake email addresses. Or in a best case it was just a joke from some1 from the site.

It is drama indeed. It's draining work reading through the lengthy ******** people are posting on the Kevin Energy thread over there.

It already has. To be honest I wish the thread title could be edited to reflect that or something.

No offence... but he should of expected a few of these posts when he sent the bloody email so I dont think the thread should be deleted.
Everyone in business knows... do something good for a customer and they will tell 1 person... do something bad and they will tell 10.
These labels are not charitys... they need to revise business models in order to survive... its a sad truth but it is indeed the truth.

This was the third in a series of e-mails sent out to customers who had bought the album, concerning the file-sharing issue. The first two were politely worded, whereas this one was more stern. And the third was only sent to a handful of people that hadn't replied to the first two.
You might want to go and read the thread (same title) over on USH before you start suggestion alternative customer relation tactics and business strategies.

well that won't do any good all a visit to ush does is lower your IQ
i'm not bothered by this i will still go and purchase a lot of my stuff at HBD. i'm sure i might feel differently if i purchaged the digital download instead of the cd, but i'm sure i would've gotten over it and just continued on being a hbd customer
some ppl just need to simply stop being babies and get over things *cough*archfluxx*cough
