having met both him and kevin, they really arent the guys you think they are, just had to be said - you have the wrong end of the stick.

there are a few "monie-hogs" in the scene, but they arent among them.

and i'm not just stepping forward to defend them because they are *stars* in the scene, as there are *stars* in the scene who i wouldnt lift a finger for..

but kevin and sharkey are decent human beings, they are well within their rights to follow up whats gone on with their album - i would say none of those emails should be taken the wrong way or in a bad light - unless the user had somthing to do with it. otherwise support the efforts..

It seems only Kevin Energy seems to show his commitment.

I think it was wrong of Sharkey to piss off like that. I know he has having some shitty years (outside the music), and considering he was about to step down anyways. I'm not even sure I want to buy his album now, if he reconsiders starting selling it (and I presume AATW isn't going to sit still if they're the ones investing the most money on him getting his album out).

Am sure that health comes before anything that's why Sharkey was not going to be doing much in the scene any more.
He dosent owe anyone anything, he has done a lot for hardcore over the years he deserves a break.

i think samination is talking more about how he pulled off the website where he was going to make his music available for purchase immediately following the hardcore energy 2 filesharing as opposed to his health

he had it completely ready to launch, but after this those tracks will never see the light of day
