the north easts weekly all night rave was raided in a massive operation last night, and looks like will now be shut down.
sounds bad for some of the folks there, got raided at half 1 and most people werent allowed out til 6 in the morning.
F*ck that for a night out

Sad to hear about the raid, the funny thing about it is the grammar used by the people on the ultimatebuzz forum.

i never went to the monkey myself only ever been to hangar round there, im not into makina apart from the odd tune nowadays but still bad news for those in that area.
Not as if they've got loadsa raves happening all the time, but reckon something might pop up.

Not all local raves here are legal... but you have to start somewhere to get your "name" known in the scene...
Usually they shut us down here on basis of noise and yes they always find "x" here... But it's so common here you hardly hear anything about it, except when they find a massive ammound of drugs like speed or even cocaine...
and it usually goes with fights between police, ME's and ravers on drugs...
Ah well, been there once, not doing it again

Well, our hardcore raves usually tend to get out of controle wether there are cops arround or not...
It's just a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time...
Maybe that's why I'm always sober and afraid for drugs at raves. I tend to keep every one I'm at a rave with in my eyesight.. I've seen to many raves where things turn for the worst

that would be a ****in nightmare just coming up in an atmosphere like that and having to sit/stand about with no music :S
there looks like a few ppl think its gonna re open but i think there is no chance at all like, they will of covered every angle before hand to make sure they would have enough to evidence to get it shut down... unless they just wanted to give them a big kick up the arse to show them that the police are still boss?
i think its a good job im from up north, there typing skills is beyond a joke like lol
