just got the HTID cover pic, resized it, loaded it into GIMP and used a semi-transparent brush :)

you take the flag image, and you put it over top of your existing avatar, and set the transparency to 50% or so

i've often popped over there for a day trip... so why don't you come over here for a rave n just stop the nite??
