Ever heard of them tommy, they represent dj's and they opperate around Dundalk.
They used to do a fair amount round the college (They set up some rapid rigs in the college with E10,000 worth of lighting in the bar).
Rag week is on in Dundalk during the first week of March and i reckon there will be a fair amount of shit on in the bar(last year all ya had to do was turn up with your tunes and ya got a while on the dex).
If your interested ill let ya know if anything is going on.

planet love!!!
The first time i was at it was the first time they had a hardcore arena:
Hixxy, sharkey, tizer, scooter, X-Ray, Binman, Force/ Styles, eddie wray and many more.....and hardcore took over the show!! - the set up was huge- but no-one expected the turn out there was. BBMag said that the hardcore arena easily outplayed the others which had judge jules, fergie, paul van dyke an so on....
Last year, the set-up again was huge......and the layout was for an expected huge crowd.....and again....hardcore stole the show!!! Music Mags stated that the hardcore arena (a HUGE outdoor tent), was so full.....at one point there was a queue to get in, one person out---one person in.....It was unreal...and had Hixxy, Charly low noise and 12+ massive hardcore DJ's.
Hardcore has been the main focus point these past two years as it has, on both occasions, surprised the promoters with its popularity.....and will more than likely at the next one.
Events went into place straight away to plan for this years event....which will prob be around september time at shanes castle in Co.Antrim ( Only a guess as its been there twice in a row and most/ all producers/ Djs have liked it there ).
So, although its a fair bit away yet......Planet love will be one amazin' event yet again!!!
probably lasting around 12-13 hrs it'll be well worth the wait!!!!
**Sry bout the long msg.....you prob knew about it already...**
On the other hand- The "Met Arena" in armagh used to play hardcore/ old skool nites one a month or so.....but now its changed its name and ownership - now known as "The Met-Tingles", i'm not sure if they still do them or not.
And Eddie Wray has began the running of the old club "Exit 15" at the glengannon Hotel in Dungannon, Co.Tyrone, running under a new name- I think its "The Matrix", big name Dj's like paul van dyke have been playing there already...although its not hardcore- Eddie is well known to play hardcore now and again as well as run the Huge Planet Love festivals-so i wouldn't be suprised to see hardcore nights there.
I apologise for anyone living in the south as this info is based a bit far from yourselves.....hope someone finds it usefull though. Cheers.

The last one that i was at in the bar ran from about 12am till 11pm and i heard everything from hardhouse to DnB so i reckon anything goes.

i know what you mean, there is no scene at all here, i live in wexford and to be honest there are not a lot of people into hard dance, plus anyone who is listens to shitty hard house. i think if hardcore was promoted more here it would relly take off.
you need to get a group of dj's together, to help promote it, maybe send demo tapes to promoters etc

pity they dont plat hardcore anywhere. mate of mine told me they played Dougal and Gammer 'The 6th gate' all the time in blinkers in athlone, but thats bout it. in tullamore nearly every house party you go to the 1st cd played is usually bonkers9 scott browns mix. everyone over here loves it, but they think its just hard house. any sort of tune to most of them is called hard house, but when we have no scene for different types of music in this country its no suprise.
