Been into Hardcore since i can remember (1996).
Places like asda, tescos and sainsburys can sell them all they like..

I won't go anywhere to buy hardcore other than online or down the record shop..

Loyalty, it a beautiful thing....

Check out some of my mates pumping breakbeat tunes at http://www.sounderthansound.com

Couldn't have bought Bonkers 14 on its release date if it wasn't for Asda, Woolies and all those other big shops that were open on BH Monday anyway!

We have no small independent record shops that I know in my town anyway! Most of the time I buy from Amazon - it that wrong as well?

Kat

Oh and BTW I am probably older than the lot of you

music evolves, styles change, and cultures merge. if music hasent evolved at all then we would all be stuck listening to a bunch of retards banging their wood pipes and shouting rants. If you dont like the way this music is evolving then keep listening to ur music and stop slagging the current scene. You can still respect somthing and not like it, instead your just getting yourself upset over somthing you cant change.

The fact here is, hardcore is evolving into somthing more and more people are liking, and THIS hardcore is appealing to a larger crowd. That means the producers are going to keep producing the material that sells. Getting more stores that sell them is a part of the process. You dont have to support it, just dont try and pull it down cuz you dont like the way its going.

Its just like your trying to live in the past. If you live in the past you will never get anywere. And yes the oldskool was great but this is where hardcore is today. RESPECT IT.

More people are gonna see it in Asda
Therefore more people are gonna buy it
And Bonkers 14 isn't crappy commercialised dance music
So everyone's happy
Except 'merge' it seems!

obviously not to the majority tho.

I honestly hope hardcore gets even more popular with this. With all the hard work these producers are going through with a genre they know doesnt have that big of a profit margin but only doing it for the love of the music, i say they deserve all the sales they can get.

well the attitude has changed in the last 10years
artists are now on tv ads, sponsered by big companys, put there faces on cds (many use to think this was selling out) and many other things
even something like a pop singers and rock bands playing with orchestra's,
The world is a different place and things have changed, its just natural,

-----
Keep it hardcore
