i passed when i was 17 and 6 months, got banned 7 months later for 12 months, passed extended test when 3 months after my ban was up (jan 05), and ive just been banned a 3 weeks ago for 17 month

my first ban was pissin about drivin with my friend on the bonnet, second was drink driving, only just over the limit (thinking that you are allowed 2 pints and its actually one)

Both excuses imply you are an idiot that could be dangerous on the road. I wouldn't drive with someone on my bonnet and I do not touch a drop of alcohol if I am driving - it is just not worth it!!!
Everybody's tolerence is different partly depending on their build and stacture and their chemical build I suppose.
I wasn't slating before (it was a lighthearted comment) but I am now cos the reasons you give are crap!!!

I've been passed about 2 years now, but can't drive cos i can't afford insurance, me n my mates have got a renault 21 estate that we're insured on but i'd rather not drive than drive that tbh lol!!
The cheapest quote i can get on a 1.2 corsa L reg is 1200 quid because of where i live!! ****ING SKALLY CAR THIEVES!!
Jaxon mate u were unlucky on teh alcohol front, i never drink and drive but i know plenty of my mates who r always saying its two pints, so am gonna tell em before they get ****ed. Saying that though i have a mate who got pulled having drank 8 pints and got away with it cos of a faulty breathalizer.

at the time it was highly amusing, looking back, yes it was childish, but in no way is it linked to me being over the limit after drinking two pints. i legitamatly believed i was permitted to drink two pints of alcohol and still be allowed to drive

the legal limit is two units, which is one pint. but that is very vague, some people will be over the limit even with one pint, some people will take 3 or more it just depends so its best not to have any at all, or if you are going to have one pint, wait an hour before driving and you will be ok.
the average person looses 1 unit per hour incase anyone is intrested, again thou this varies!

yup! the test aint easy, it all depends on the examiner!! aint taken it yet coz failed ma theory by 1 point the ova week! well pissed off! but from speaking to m8s its not easy!
im doing lessons and got ma own car that i use to go out wiv mum/dad n can drive like a normal person does but u have to drive like a prick and do stupid things that the examiner is looking for! the instructor doesn't teach u to drive they show u how to pass your test
