I absolutley love RahXephon I have the movie as well as the boxset my friend calls it "the poor mans evangelion" but I disagree.
I cant bring myself to d/l anime I'm one of these ppl that have to own it which sucks cuz it gets expensive cost me like $240 to get the whole NGE series even tho they release a new boxset of it like every year.

"the poor mans evangelion"... pfft what a noob :P nah jokes. Yeh ive got the entire RahXephon box set as well as the movie. $240?!??! for neon genesis box set?? Where did you buy it ?? :S . Madman are releasing the Neon Genesis Platnium box set on March 15th, which i plan on getting ^^ . If u got it for 240..im guessing you must have got it over seas or something? cause they would sell it for no more than $120 for NGE or any box set in Aus...

Yeah I bought the box set of NGE and the box set of Death & rebirth & End of Evangelion <<< that came to $240 for the two shoulda specified. I wanna get Somedays Dreamers & Chobits

When i bought neon genesis i didnt buy it in the boxset and got the two movies aswell cost me nearly $300 lol which in hindsight was s stupid idea, have u tenjho tenge?its a really good anime u just gotta get past the whole perverted anime part which brings it down abit. U guys should check out midori days, probably one of the funniest anime i have ever seen

edit: ive got "Magical Shopping Arcade Abenobashi" on my comp but havent watched it yet but i heard it was nutz :P. You should watch Fate/Stay Night its only up to episode 7 at the moment, one of the new anime for this year.

Chobits I like, because I can watch it with my kid  And so she learns English while I'll watch the story hehe.
Ninja Scroll is a great one, but don't forget the Gost in the Shell series.
But I also like Helsing, Trigun and Descendants of Darkness. But my fav would be Mirage of blade.

Haven't really watched much anime but i'm pretty sure i'd enjoy it if i did.
Been reccommended Full Metal Panic, gunna buy some next time i have some spare dollar to blow.
