The more rules you put on music, the less interesting it becomes - Luna-C

cuz :
- old style gabber is just that... gabber
- triplet gabber... well, sounds made up by someone who wants to invent a new style but isn't very creative
- Darkcore and artcore don't really need any explanation, do they?
- raggacore is just breakcore with ragga vocals (not gabber btw)
- sexcore is just gabber with porn samples (not really worth mentioning cuz)
- noizecore, again, isn't gabber, it's a for of noisy breakcore
- powernoize has nothing to do with hardcore what so ever
:)

sub-genre's all just give a general idea of what to expect the tunes imo. they're general guidelines to describe certain elements of songs so they can be grouped together, like with like.
its not rules which music has to conform to.
tunes can fit into a few different sub-genre's at once, so its just an easy way to generalise a particular style/sound
