the name says it all really

Usually has a gabber kick with chesse thrown in.

Check out some of the releases on Inferno. Like a dream & Hold me now are two that instantly spring to mind.

happy gabber is basically cheese with a 909 kick & slight amen break, mainly from holland circa 94-97

happy gabber?? what the :p you probably mean rave or early rave then couse there aint no happy gabber sum track are jus happy like technohead - i want to be a hippy but others like ruffneck - juggernaut thats jus the same old gabber ..

I do not recognise 'happy gabber' as as genre. However the cheesy dutch stuff in the mid 90s tended to be faster with less distorsion and kick than some of the gabber we might be familiar with.

Yeah it's closer to Bouncy Techno i think.

I definately wouldn't call it Happy Gabber though, because it's not Gabber really, it's just normal Hardcore Dutch style :P
I don't think a song having a distorted kick can define it as Gabber :P

There's two mixes of "Hardcore feelings", one is a happy gabber mix
and the other one is one that got popular

buy the record. you'll see.
