hardcore is easaly my favorite music. without it, i would probably still rave, although not as much, and i wouldn't take 8 hour road trips to see my favorite DJ's. I wouldn't spin, MC, or produce, and i would have to find something else to listen to to get through classes. I wouldnt have some very important friends, and id have done a lot less in my life...
...because the biggest reason hardcore means so much to me, is it opened up my eyes to how much i LOVE ALL music, even every genre that has been ripped in this thread-i.e. rock,oldies,dnb,trance,even comercial (it supposed to suck, its like an art in itself..i like it:P)
but i wouldnt have realized my love of music if i hadnt spent hours and hours just listning to hardcore an letting it take me away...
as well i find im most creative when listning to hardcore...it just makes me happy and calm, and takes any pressure i have away
