Only had the time to listen to 'Self Definition', twice, and it's good but as the Bulbz has said the mixdown needs a lot of work ....and more bangingness.
@ acidfluxbass. The artwork is more than good enough but, imo, the words
'PAST', 'PRESENT' and 'FUTURE' need to be more brightly coloured. ;-)

this sounds like a wicked idea! i'll upload some tracks when i get home.
im still new to mastering, so if anyone hears my samples and can help me make the track sound better, i'd be down for that.

Yeah, I hear ya lads. These are just ideas so far. I don't want to concentrate to much on em if they ain't really worth it. I'm getting good ideas at the mo & really different so i'm going to spend this last week working on a few more new ones then i'll make a decision & really go to town on em! Cheers lad's

Sorry, I haven't had the chance to properly reply to these post so i'll go through you one by one
@ Mitchy Boy:
This isn't bad at all mate. Nice & crisp production with a wicked bouncy style however, theres a lot more you could do with this mate & its deffo heading in the right direction. I think you could do away with the part you take the frequency in & out. It kills the energy of the track. This would be best used at a break down or mabey even a break itself.
About 40secs in you change to a much more bouncy style & I think this is where you have to concentrate much more but its certainly got potential & i'm looking forward to hearing this come 1st March! Keep it up!
@ Ionosphere:
No rush lads, we've got until 1st March so post a sample link when your a bit happier with it. I'm looking forward to hearing a finished version of Columbus aswell! I was seriously beginning to feel that track. Its certainly one for the future CD. Keep @ it!

Mate, what can I say. These are wicked tracks & i'd love to have them on the final CD in March. Obviously theres a few things that you could add & improve & mabey spend a few days on the final mastering but great work mate. I like your sound. Keep it up!

You already know what I think I suppose. Things are starting to come together with your tracks & the beats are becoming much clearer & aren't squashing the rest of the track & canceling each other out. As I said, I can try & help you out a bit & we'll have something for the CD come 1st March! Keep @ it!
Also, that 2nd design of the cover is looking great Olly, nice one bud. Keep tampering around with a few things and see what you can come up with. It would be nice to have a few extra bits & pieces to help promote come the 1st March.

I suppose you already know the plans smoogie. I'll try & get a nice beat layered over what you've done so far & i'll try a few other bits & pieces aswell & see what I can do. We've got till March 1st but i'll try & get round to it asap m8!
