Can you just confirm that i'm understanding this properly... people write and record lyrics to be put forward for a competition then some get picked and everyone who wants to then takes the vox and records a track around it for the competion?
When do you need the vox by (obviously asap) but what time scale are we working to... is it the mid of march? :)

Yeah, we just need to get a vocal (or vocals) ready and everyone makes a tune around it. They can use any vocal provided if more than one are available. Mid march would be the date to have the vocals ready and start the comp if this isn't a problem.

The team comp thing will happen sometime after this I guess. I would be up for that but I'm struggling to even get ideas down at the mo as I don't know my way around cubase. :P Hopefully this wont be a problem by then though... haha.
