what do you all think of englands immagration laws, is are country to easy on immagrants or are we to tough ?
well heres my opinion on it.
dont mean to offend any1 b4 i start
i think that any1 moving to our contry to work should be some1 who we need, i.e doctor, bone surgen, heart transplanter.
or some 1 who we have lack of, dont no wich busnisses are struggling for workers at the min but example - if we dont have any lorrie drivers then allow immagrants with a lorrie licence into our county but they are only alowed to apply for driving work.
every1 else who we dont need kick out ! if they got family who are english and they complain about being split up then the english who complain can go with them. if there worried so much about leaving there family then they can move to pakistan or india or germany with them cant they.
that way we will save on tax because lets be honist most immagrants are on da doll or claiming some sort of bennifits aint they, plus our country wont be so over crouded so it will leave alot more jobs open to the british looking for work.
we wont have to be so worried about terrorists or exrtimists planning a terror attack on our country, wich in turn will save our swat team doing raids on suspected terrorists in england also saving more tax
most of the moscs and there place's of prayer can be knocked down to make room for houses or flats wich will save struggling english looking for somewere to live, ( i no from my own expeirence cuz me and my misses and our baby been on the council list for years but there was none left so we have been forced to fork out over £700 a month to private rent.)
wich all could of been avoided if immagrants were out of our contry because we could of had a house they live in wich aint even in there country.
wich means were gettin put second in are own country - its discrimanating
do any 1 agree with me or do you have your own opinions

You shouldn't believe everything you read in The Sun.
I don't think it's fair to say that the majority or immigrants are on the doll. Most are very hard workers and happy to work for very little money doing really shitty jobs.
The thing that bothers me is people that move out here and don't learn our language. I don't expect to go to a hospital and be greeted by someone I can't communicate with. I seriously think people should have to take a test to prove that they can speak fluent English when they move here.

wow didn't even kno there was any immigration problem over there.
well here i don't c it as the end of the world like some Americans, altho there is a shift in attitudes of these immigrants. during the 70s and 80s ppl from central america predominately came here to work and earn a decent living, and they did that by taking jobs that nobody wanted. nowadays, there is an increase amount of immigrants, with all the drug rings and gang-related violence, that have come here to cause trouble. that I understand the fear part of americans and the immigration problem
however, on the job part, i don't see very many americans who are eager to take jobs doing custodial work, working in construction, or who even bother to do their own landscaping. there are other jobs that immigrants do take, but these are the kind of stereotypical ones. many ppl make up excuses that they can't work these jobs because they have some sort of disability and complain it is too hard of work.
you got to start from somewhere, and ppl shouldn't expect to get a first class job with a generous amount of pay when you don't have any real work experience. not even after college it's a guarantee anymore that u will find a good job anymore. that's my input on our immigration situation.

It's not "England's" laws that are the problem.
We can't stop immigrants coming into the UK from nations in the EU. Freedom of movement et all. From outside the EU is a different scenario, we can prevent them coming in, although each case is generally assessed individually. There have been a few ridiculous occurrences though, I remember Inverness tried to sign a Romanian player, but they wouldn't let the guy in even though he was guaranteed a job! ridiculous stuff. That wouldn't happen now with Romania in the EU though.
For what it's worth, I don't believe people should be allowed to come here if they're not prepared to work. It seems pointless to move abroad to scrounge benefits. I've no problem with people that come here to work though, especially if we've a shortage of people in the area of employment they work in.
