CD1 - brilliant, can't fault it 10/10
Favourite on this CD are Darwin - Y Dont U, Michael Mansion - Places We Go Through (Fracus Remix), Phenex - We Will Always Be, Darren Hotchkiss & Stu Infinity - The Last Goodbye
Unfortunately that's all I have time to listen to tonight! Mum wants braveheart on haha. Will listen to the other 3 tomorrow
I nearly screamed when I got a text saying it had arrived earlier!

CD 1
Excellent. Loads of stand out tunes, though they were all good. Seriously, didn't dislike a single track.
Top Tracks:
DJ's United - On My Own (Darwin Remix)
Darwin - Y Don't U
Lumin8 - Rivers Flow In You
CLSM - Takes Me Higher
Fracus & Darwin - Realms and Rough-Cuts
8/10
CD2
Starts well, but towards the end i lost interest. Few tracks not to my taste "Stomp" being a perfect example and no it's not just cos it's Recon ;). Few good tracks but none that really stand out quite like on CD1. I'm quite bored of Brisk's gimmick tunes now aswell. The Gabber saved the end of the CD for me to make it an OK CD overall though.
Top tracks:
Spenno & Jess - Find Your Way (Petruccio & Modulate Mix)
Fretman & Darwin Ft Kyla - Summer Of Love (is it just me or does that girl have an incredible lishp lol)
Darwin & Entity - Hookie Mammoth
Darwin & Marc Smith - Power Of Will
Darwin & Obie - Bring The Bass
7/10
CD3
The CD i had least expectations of after Al Storm's CD on HU3 but i'm happy to say i was very pleasently suprised and it turned out to be probably my favourite CD of the comp. Nice to see plenty of different styles on there, Hardcore, Breaks, Gabber, D&B, even had a bit of Bassline lol, good stuff.
9/10
Top tracks:
Bang! - Flowers Need The Rain - more reggae infused core please :D
Al Storm Vs Hardforze - Don't Go Breaking My Heart - original ftw but good remix
Shimamura - Hold You Now
Fracus Ft Taya - Next To Me (Nu Foundation Remix) - wow!
D:Code (not the Squad-E one thank god) & Chan1 - Glitterstep (Kutski & False Economy Mix)
Jamie Ritman - Elements (Sound Of Thunder)
Endymion Ft Nikkita - Abduction - New favourite track! :D
9/10
CD4
Well, what a track to start with. It's hard to pick favourite track as they're all so good. But i'll have a bash
Devastate - Mood Music (Oli G Remix) - obviously
Grimsoul - After Quality
Gammer - Ambient Angels
Ephexis - Sick Seduction
Lost Soul - Ragnarok
Lost Soul Ft Dark Angel - Beyond Salvation
Solution & Ephexis - Requiem
9/10
Amazing album, more great work from the HU crew. HU3 was always going to be a hard act to top but this puts it to shame..... in a good way. Well worth the wait :)
Now to play on repeat, none stop, till 5 :D

Still have not listened enough to make my final review yet, but just heard 'Devastate - Mood Music (Oli G Remix)' and what a f*cking tune that is. A very aptly named track, I love it!

Cheers for the shout!
Little teaser: There's gonna be a tasty Vocal Mix of "We Will Always Be" out soon (hence the rather lyrical name for an instrumental track).

Mine arrived yesterday so I spent the evening with my comfy Technics headphones on listening to it all.
I can honestly say there was not a single disc I didn't enjoy & I think the DJ pairings have ironed out the minor gripes I had with HU3. I think splitting Marc Smith & Al Storm and placing them with other DJs has paid off big style and their mixes on this CD are awesome!
Great album, 2 in a year and both are far better than AATW's Bonkers CD. Here we have DJs pushing for an interesting thoughful technical mix while with Bonkers the tracks were generic, the mixing was poor (ultra poor on Hixxy's disc) and the whole thing was blah!
Roll on HU5 & 6 and so on, you guys know exactly what you are doing and HU is going to eclipse Bonkers with ease!

Some people lately say that HU will be the new Bonkers, we can only hope it will be!
I'm not sure if its possible to become a brand like Bonkers is/was.
But still, I'm really happy CDJay and Fracus + the rest of the crew do try different things.
Its much appreciated by alot of people if you look at how much people already bought/ordered the album!
I still haven't ordered but I'm sure I will, really looking forward to a 100% Freeform disc.
Though I have to admit I'm not to sure on the juno clips I've heard on CD1..
It's all about the full mixes I guess. I'm going to order now from HMV I think! Yes. I will order now. Now.

A really great thing about HU4 is that it's fresh. HU3 took ages to come out, I already heard most of the tunes and although they were top notch, their surprise factor was diminished. Not the case with HU4 - it's new, it's awesome and it IS the new Bonkers in my ears.

Excuse the stunning quality.
