I wondered this whilst falling asleep last night and a google search doesn't really help. Obviously there's going to be a lot of different opinion about what defines 'freedom'.

Government wise, I would say some county's in Africa, maybe the Republic of Madagascar, maybe another island country. But that is with only knowing some of the laws and stuff of some country's.
People wise, I would say something in Central or South America. But I really dont know much of laws for those country's either.
Overall maybe even Nepal, I heard that they are pretty relaxed about most everything, kinda like if you mess up you dont need to worry about the government, you have to worry about your neighbors.
But the country with the most freedom is.....Drum roll please..........keep going......
