Antarctica is not a country, guys. It doesn't count. Even if it were, freedom would be frozen.

Fine then!
If Mr. Know-it-all has to ruin my fun, then I would say South Georgia, FFS there is like 30 people who live there.

Okay since we're not listing countries anyway I'm going to go with the moon since there's less gravity.

Well technically the earth has more gravity than the moon, so the earth could be under less freedom then the moon would..
And South Georgia is a real country though...

Yep it is, its really a part of the uk, but yeah technically it is its own country. It is like the last stop before Antarctica. But maybe the moon is not free at all, as it follows the earth, so the moon would be under the earth's control... DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNN....

More of a Continent but no one is aloud to exploit the land and start civilisation.
The UK isn't too bad for Freedom. We are aloud o vote for who we want and we have freedom of speech. We have laws, some stupid, some 'weak' but we are far from third world countries and Comunist states.
