Yea I'm not a huge Orbit1 fan, he wasn't all that great, but he had a few good tunes. None come to mind tho lol

He probably won't come on this site since I'm sure he's seen the topic explaining the whole drama of Bioweapon, where he was a complete dick and pushed Corey out of the duo. Sam was quite the shit talker.

And lmao at all the Scott Brown praise. Yes he has had a tremendous amount of great tracks that will be played for many more years to come, but honestly most of us on here did not have any positive opinions on the last stuff that he has released on his Evo & Evo+ labels, and I'm talking about the ones before EVO100. Last really good tunes that he did IMHO were Goodbye My Friend, Call My Name, and Livewired. I'm sure there a few others in between those that I can't think of right now.

I do love Scott Brown and what he has done for the scene, but if he were to come back to the UK Hardcore scene as a producer, then I hope that he finds a new sound to be identified with, because I really think that he burned out that staple one that made him so popular between 1999-2007

I've heard a fair amount of his stuff. I've got a couple of his remixes. I seriously can't see what the fuss is about. He's good, fine, yeah. But top five of the last ten years? Your opinion is your opinion - but I personally don't rate him like that.

Heart Of Asia
Hardcore Rush
Thug Connected
Everywhere I Turn
The Spirit
Shoreline
Heal My Soul
Drawn To You
Wipe Away My Tears
When The Rain Comes
Falling Through
Fallout

There's loads more, but I can never remember when people ask me for lists. I can always name movies I want to see, but whenever I go to Blockbuster, NOOOOOO, nothing pops into my head. lol.

But yeah, he had such a unique sound in my opinion, and almost every track he released gave me that epic feeling. A lot of those I listed are either remixes or by his Acolyte alias in case you're looking for them.

Lol, yeah, from what I heard Same was a real douche.

And that was the great part about Scott Brown.. you could ALWAYS tell it was a track of his because he used the same VST and samples for EVERY SINGLE TUNE lol. You're right though, just like DS, and Hixxy, and Dougal+Gammer, and basically every other hardcore producer from the 90's/early 2000's, Scott Brown has run his course and has run out of original ideas.

Gotta agree, Orbit1 is one of my top producers. Stay, his remix of The Spirit, Transmission to Mars, and Jitter 0.5 are some of my favorite tracks of all time

The only Orbit1 track I like is "Don't You Know". It would be nice for DJ Vibes to come back! He always picked the best cheese.

Not really my thing I guess. Just a lot of thump thump thump and trancey riffs to my ears, I'm more into vocals and happy melodies and stuff.

And DJ Vibes is still around, I talked to him for a bit at Freeformation, I dunno if he was playing or not though.

Might change my name to Olly Archefluxx

Just want to hear people try and pronounce it more.

"Archie floo kiss kiss?"
