ryg0r, you getting these properly recorded on Saturday, or just laying down a melody? I was thinking about laying down a melody over the weekend, but might not be able to get a vocalist in at that short notice.

We won't be recording the vocals, as kindly suggested by mjdream, as we are suffering a distinct shortage of female singers at the moment.
Melody? Surely the melody is part of composing/producing a song?
If we all have the same melody then half the work is done and the competition will be too easy.
We understood that the singer would sing the words in one key, (on one note) and we'd pitch shift it, as suggested by Silver, to how we wanted it.
