Ahhh, sorry I read it differently.
Must admit I'm a little bit confuzzled over all this. Are we:
a) doing the whole thing as individuals
b) Using Ionosphere's lyrics (writing our own melody, recording the vocals (or perhaps using the "one note" vox) and producing it as individuals)
c) writing the melody as a community(perhaps using Ionosphere's lyrics) (or one member writing it) and then a member of the site records it and then we split off to remix/produce it ourselves.
or
d) a free-for-all involving any of the above
I got the impression it was c) or d)..... sorry to be thick, but I don't imagine I'm the only one not sure over this and I reckon it would be a good idea to clear this up at the start before things get too chaotic as everybody gets carried away.

I really think this would be a good idea. Let me all know if you agree.
The way I see it is that making it a competition just makes it more weired and possibly cause problems.
We should all work together. Everyone that makes a positive contribution should be included on the record. Possibly as a main artist that does the enginnering and alot of the work then with credit to the people that all helped.
Example: *Main Artist name* & The HHC.com Crew - "Song title" - MasterWax#1000 whatever haha
Then we would all be doing one colaberation with all of our great ideas.
If you want to do it as a competition, then maybe think of my idea for somthing to do in the future. :)
(sorry if there are typos im to lazyto go edit it)

the way i thought we doing this is.
a)somebody records some vocals and then posts them
b)all of us who are in the comp use the vocals and make a track round them
as individuals.(if u want sum1 else to help you they get credited too)
c)we all post are traxx and a winner is chosen.
that is a great idea apollo i think it be better if we did it as another project so we all got summat too look forward too.well worth doin tho
mj-dream remember the name im here for fame

good idea apollo...but whos to say you cant work in a small group anyway....or even by urself....if it doesnt go the way u suggested, you could prob still do it in colabiration with someone else....unless that pisses ppl off.
then again some ppl could wana work by themselves....as the hh.com thing could cause probs if someone had an idea of their own they really liked and it got ditched.

Very true. I mean what could happen in the future is like a pre contect to make a tune, and to see if you have the talent to be onthe "hhc.com team" then work on a track with that group under some alias or somthing.

ryg0r, you getting these properly recorded on Saturday, or just laying down a melody? I was thinking about laying down a melody over the weekend, but might not be able to get a vocalist in at that short notice.
I mean what I said
I have a friend coming up from Canberra and she's got quite a voice. I can record these on saturday. Might make a great addition, hey Apollo?
Wait, what are the rules for the vocals? *edit* I am most confused! Like Underloop, is this a free for all? Do we have to use Ionspheres lyrics?

there are so many good producers on here, that would make for an awsome plan in the future. not to mention the people that have or work for labels, the tune would have no problem getting pressed and sold here too. I would buy it just to support the site, but if it were really good, i'd play it out. don't stand and stare, just kick your legs in the air
