Not really a good place to discuss that subject, this being a board for music discussion and all. Might wanna' find some place where drugs are the topic. Just us music buffs here :)

depends which drugs...
Some enhance music and make you want to dance. Some make you trip on the lazers. Others put you in a trance.
But then there's all those filthy drugs like H.
I think some are ok for parties, but can be fun outside of parties. But the most important thing you have to be able to do is to go out to a rave, being sober, and have just as much fun as if you were on drugs.
Sadly enough, I know many people that have stopped going out when they stopped drugs. They say that they can't have fun anymore at parties if they are sober. It makes me sad 
The music alone should be enough for you to keep going.

there is more 2 the fun than just the drugs, if u no wot ur letting urself in 4 then drugs can add 2 the fun but don't just go out there 2 get high go out there and enjoy it for what it is too, there is no good or bad it all depends on you as a person and your prefrence. anyway there is already a topic about this in the rumours section as dj stey has already mentioned.....

big respect to what junglist has to say.....i will never take drugs nor do i need to.....it may sound corny but i get high on the music........i will go to a rave sometimes feeling run down but as soon as i hear a good song i just get all this energy and feel hiyped up.....you know what im talking about
and that is why i go to raves....i dont need drugs to have a good time......drugs are for people who dont know how to have a good time

i say no to drugs at raves, but yes to doing 17 lines of coke while sitting at home alone at 9am.. and shooting elephant tranquilizers into your forehead

^^ hmm virus that pretty much describes last week for me ...
Seriously, in my opinion it's up to the individual to decide whether or not to take drugs, and to make sure their decision is the best one by doing all the research and making sure they're informed of all the effects and side-effects and possible repercussions that may arise from the decision.
In a broader sense, however, I think every raver should also consider the consequences for the scene that come from ravers being caught with drugs, ravers being obviously smashed on drugs while at raves, and ravers otherwise strengthening the association between drugs and rave culture that society at large has already forged. A lot of the time it's not just your interests that are jeopardised by your actions.

ye respect to ya'll like - i am a druggy admittedly like, not that it really affects me very much in life (@ the mo at least) but the last rave i went to i decided not to do any & i had an absolute banging time - while i was buzzin like hell i watched my mates all mashed outa their heads & i was well chuffed wit myself! had a wikkid time!  not sayin i defo wont b inducing the happiness ever so slightly in hardcore heaven nxt week... he he he, and as for alcohol, God no, lol cant be doin with drinking at all - it'd kill me!

There are gonna be people doin drugs wherever you go so I think its ok ppl doin drugs at raves.It usually doesnt make a difference to any1 else.
Everbody does they're own thing I supppose,some people choose to do drugs
some people don't.Its all a matter of personal preferance.

Well last Friday i was meant to be getting a gram of base for vibealite BUt i got let down, and im glad i was coz altho my mates had some, i wernt prepared to pay teh price they pay so i fort FCuk it and i outlasted each of them on the dancefloor in both arenas they were sitting down n i was up so from now on i think im just gonna go natural agen, i wasnt even drinking just on water:)
