it's really hard for me to write cause i haven't felt like this for a long time so here it goes...
i really like this girl who i work with. she started there about a month and a half ago and since then i've been crazy about her, but i don't know what to do as for the past two weeks i've been over-emotional about her.
i'd ask her out but she already has a boyfriend that she's been with for 3 years and what this other guy is doing in work doesn't help either so what should i do? should i tell her or should i just leave it be?.
advice really needed please

Bit of a toughy mate... She does have a boyfriend of 3 years so it looks like a no go area, but then again i recently finished my girlfriend of almost 3 years so you never know.
If i was you i'd do naff all and hope your feelings phase out. If you don't think you can do this tho then just tell her - why the hell not!?

i guess i'll try and let it phase out but i think that ain't gonna happen because on one hand i really have feelings for her and on he other hand i really want to tell her but my emotions keep holding me back. i just don't know what's best

You should leave it for now really. But if its driving you that insane then get it over with. (At least you wont keep wondering what would have happened if you had told her)
If she feels the same, great! If not then at least you can move on.
If your friends with her much then that also complicates things of course.

there is nothing you can do at the mo m8 coz she is already taken, but my advice would be to get close to her be really friendly always be there for her as i am for my m8 jo :) and then maybe if she breaks up then she will turn to you :)

awwwwwww... i'd have to say leave it mate. I was in a similar situation earlier this year which really threw me around. There was this girl i really liked who had a BF for 2 years. They broke up, and things started getting really good between us, then she started cutting contact with me... then i heard from her room mate that they're back together agen :(

Not the best advice in my book, I know, I've been there. Being friends is great, but if you get too close in a friendship way and tell her how you feel or worse still sleep with her...it's all over. As they say, things become alot more complex when sex is involved.
The way I see it is you have two options:
1) Leave it. Don't go getting too close & emotionaly involved in a situation which you may loose her alltogether. Stay friends, but keep her at a distance, don't make any moves. Just be happy for her that she's happy.
2) Go for it, although it may not be the wisest of moves sometimes you just never know. You risk loosing her for good though, so just make sure you know what your doing.
Personally I'd go for the first option.
What ever you choose to do I hope it works out well for you.
