Ken, i think just the 1 CD is a good idea. Just cram it full of banging tunes! I'd much rather have 1 CD full of great tracks than 3 CD's loaded with filler

Nice one mate. Cheers for listening, can't believe the feedback i've had on this tune. Its the first proper hardcore tune i've sat down and had a proper go at. Im gonna keep doin it!

This still needs a lot of work mate & i'm not too sure how well another remix of toytown would go down!  In saying that though, your new to production & using Midi files is a great way of learning production & I think you should keep at it m8 & try & make something on your own. Even if you need use midi's for a basic layout, change things round & try something a little different.

When I go to your link mate, all it says is your DL is processing but never gives me the option to DL. I'll give it another go later tonight & see if I have anyluck but could you upload to another site anyway. I'm looking forward to hearing this. Cheers bud

I've been having problems with your link also mate. I copy & pasted your link & never found anything at all. Can you double check your upload code then post back onto the site with http:// before it. This way I wont have to type into my own browser & by clicking the link, it will take me straight to the track. Cheers. I'm looking forward to hearing this one with all the great feedback!

Yeah bud, 1 CD it is. I've decided to go for, like you say, quality over quantity & with the tracks i'm getting so far were looking good for a quality little CD

Sorry for the late reply mate. Its been a busy weekend & haven't been in here much.
Excellent track this Dave! Really nice mate & very fresh. This would go really well with what we've got on the CD so far.
What software are producing with anyway?

This is coming on really well Tru bass. I'm liking the sounds of this so far. I still think it needs a little more to fill it up a bit but your lead melody is sounding great & is really driving the track.

because all i can think of adding is little melodies in the breakdown and a better pad at the moment

What I was meaning was, it needs a little more in the way of percussion, I think. The lead melody drives the track well but when it drops out, it starts to sound a little basic with the bare beat but just keep at the percussion &, like you say, mabey a better pad ect. We've got till 1st of march so keep at it mate!

I've finally finished Tutorial. Ive made a few changes. The kick is now punchier and more present. Its generally better mastered.
