I think they will scrap putting numbers beside the releases altogether, so instead of Bonkers 2 it will be Bonkers-"Insert Catchy title here" Makes sense... Oh and good point on the Bonkers Rezurection album, it didnt have a number beside it which I complety forgot about!
Sharkey has CD1 now so hopefully they will get rid of Hixxy, his mix was full of classic stompers but was not needed, perhaps his mix was just a "remeber these tunes" CD and the next volume will all be upfront, his mixing was really bad just listen to Electric and how he mixes it into Your My angel, ****ing horrible. BRING BACK SCOTT BROWN!
I loved the logo on the album & would have loved to see a big "18" below it in the same style but shit happens I can live with it! Would love the next one to have cartoons with the new logo I think that would be awesome, they might risk it next time because at the end of the day they were just testing the Bonkers name to see if it made money so they had to be sensible first time around.

lol i used to play with hema beads when i was young, i used to chew on them
when we went to holland on holiday we used to come back with loads
used to love the glow in the dark ones...
when we were done with them, we'd get mum to go over them with an iron and tracing paper so that they stuck together...and we could hang them...
and i was gonna say - wow that must have stretched across a load of boards! lol

Come on, its wasnt a disappointment , i found it not as great as Bonkers 17 or 16, but it was bad. It was quiet enjoyable!

<--- edit button so you dont have to double post :)
i think you'll find the only ones who are really dissapointed are the ones who have been listening to bonkers since the early albums..otherwise i could see it would be quite hard for anyone who has only been listening to bonkers since...say..bonkers 15/16 onwards to understand where the dissapointed bonkers fans are coming from

Personally I didn't think much of Bonkers 16 onwards with a few exceptions. I love Bonkers 7-15 though, and the ones before 7 are almost as brilliant. Hardcore Underground 3 is my CD of the moment. Bonkers 13 will always be my first favourite!

by any chance was 13 the first one you heard?
the ones people first hear usually tend to end up as their favorites ;)

there are 5 tunes i really like on there maximum. all of those tunes are under 3 minutes. hixxys disc was poor and a waste of money, chrises mix come from toothfairy-land, sharkeys mix was below par. for me, and for many other people, compared to the albums realed prior to this (excluding anything else by aatw), this was a massive let-down.

i've listened to all the bonkers & i thought the new one isnt as bad as all seem. to many people have to much expectations of what hardcore should be, yet dont actually do anything about it!!
i've been into hardcore for about 13/14 years... not 6 months
