What a load of shit lol. As if it makes any difference to them either way.
When your workers aren't efficient, not doing their job, and slacking off because they'd rather smoke weed, and drink, then I'd think they would care.
If they need a drugs test to tell them those things are happening then point remains.
Grounds to fire a druggy, and possibly hire someone cheaper sounds like a good reason to do it to me.

What I meant was i hope you didn't get the job because the food industry sucks, I've been there and done that. But if it makes you happy go ahead. I mean it's money....
