Even more Electrodubsteppyshittynoicecore.

There were a few catchy riffs but most of it sounded like machine sex with some vocals slapped ontop

I'll agree, dubby hardcore can be pretty fun.
But not when it's in every single song!!

hmmm well look at the originals....

take apollo-dance remix for example. The recon version years back was decent, let you hear the full vocal lines, nice steady kick, that version = weak kick, horrible sounds to ruin it, nothing to remember it by (I heard that poor remix about 3 times, well the clip of it, and now I cant remember what it sounded like)

Now thats 2 cd's full of complete rubbish, already that isnt worth paying 10 to leave 2 cd's untouched, no matter how good the other cd is im not gonna be getting it. In fact I wont even bother downloading it for free

There's a lot that sound potentially excellent, if only i could be sure the whole tunes kept the momentum going....

And even the 'good' version is just a cover.

OUT SOON!

Clubland Xtreme Fartcore 8

3CD's of unnecessary remixes, disappointing drops and flatulence noises.

No need for a tracklist cos every drop sounds the feckin' same!

(ok, so it's probably not THAT bad. But there's only so much a man can take).

People were whining like this (and worse) when the trancy/eurodance influence took over. It's really no different. I don't like this move either, but there's no point bleating about it, they can make whatever music they like. If you don't like it, tough.

I do like some of the songs, and I plan to buy a few. I just don't like every song being dubstep-ish.

This is a forum. It's specifically designed for opinions and discussion even if you don't like them. By all means contest and be a part of it, but don't slag others off for speaking their mind.

Consider the irony of that statement. I never slagged anyone off for speaking their mind, by the way.

Sounds ridiculously better than Breeze's mix on CLXH7. No vapid energyless house remixes to be heard!
Edit: Listened to the DS preview. Why'd they have to include every track off of Our Sound between the two mixes? You'd think they would want a few more fresh tracks from them instead. I'm leaning more toward the Breeze mix.

Wow, I haven't listened to them yet, but I really hope you're exaggerating. Did they actually include ALL of them? A lot of those tracks are really good if you like electrocore, but that album already came out months ago!
