yeah, resist went into administration in 2009 - so i guess the rights fall with the individuals who were behind the series.

I don't think it makes much difference who owns it really. If AATW doesn't then there is even less of a chance of another one coming out.

Yes I agree. Leave it as is. it's bad enough it had to end with an AATW Bonkers, the last thing I would want is for someone to release a Bonkers that was even worse than that. Bonkers for me ended at #17 Rebooted

well considering Sharkey's fallout when it came to Zonkers, I believe Sharkey still has the IP. I still think Sharkey was a complete twat. Here Arche was making a homage to the series, and gets in and starts wanking of about him copying the artwork. He didnt' copy it, he redid it in his image, so basicly, what copyright did Archee break? Then i'd love to see all the manga artist sue their next since alot of manga are alike.
