Excellent, I'm looking forward to this! I have a fantastic recipe for apple and cinamon cream cake that I am going to try! I shall try hand mixing it though, rather than using the electric mixer!
Any allergies we need to be aware of?

Sounds good m8 but i think you should make it a 10-15min mix as it would take forever to judge them all if it was an half hour or an hour.

too late to make any modifications to the rules of the competition i think.
besides 10ish mins isn't really a lot of time for any dj to prove their worth. which is why on youtube you don't know wtf you'll be getting if ever you hire a person off of something like that, unless you've seen/heard them in person, or just a longer mix of theirs

Yeah, it's hard enough to get a feel for a mix in just 30 minutes so 10-15 (while ideal to save time) isn't enough to make it enjoyable.

I have an idea. Why don't we limit the number of songs/remixes from the same artist? (except if you're that artist) I don't think it'd be cool to play like 15 Hixxy songs out of 20 total.

lol rules have been set already ppl! and i wouldn't hold anyone against a set made of tracks from the same producer, but they wouldn't get my vote, and quite a few more from other voters. nothing against the producer (not even hixxy) but it would be a very redundant mix.
this is a chance for djs to be creative! check out DMS mix and i'm sure we'll see a lot of mixes with a similar formula
