well it isn't evolving now... points to homepage/news... the samples......

I can, producers are more worried about what gear they have. hardcore was never meant to have a weak clinical sound.

oh I've looked allright and found good lables (kniteforce for one) but they all get ignored and that's what upsets me a little at big raves.

I don't care about stereotypes it's a load of rubbish and hardcore music is for everyone. but having said that we don't want to get a bad name from the majority who like it.

Im sick and tired of listening to all of the idiots crying and b*tching about how everything was SOOOO much better back in the day, you guys are sounding like my grandparents. Hardcore has gotten to where it is by sounding the way it is. If hardcore never changed then hardcore would have died completely when it did.
I know what you mean when other talented labels get no recognision, but thats the cold harsh fact. All you can do is deal with it and support the label of your choice the best you can.
I know all you are doing is expressing your opinions but when its coming up with a new topic almost every couple of days about how the newskool sucks donkey nards and the oldskool kicked a$$, it just gets annoying. hardcore has somthing for everyone so find your style and support it.

In my opinion, if your not doing anything to advance the hardcore scene then you have no right to talk ANY sh*t on the people who are. Their out there making the difference while you sit on your a$$ and complain like a dirty 2 dollar whore. If you dont like where its going then you get your lazy a$$ up and make the difference. Or are you just gonna make another lame a$$ excuse about why you can never do anything.

WHAT THE F*CK?! Comon, even my 3 year old brother can sound more mature than that. Turds like you should keep their mouth shut. So Fred, drop dead.

I would hate to see you go. HappyHardcore.com needs more people like you to help instill some reason to the people. You should'nt leave because of one's imature thoughts. The world is crawling with people just like that, and if you run away and shield yourself from those people you wont become anymore famous. The criticism of retards come with the job bee, stay here to defend hardcore with the rest of us.

dude if you could read i didnt call everyone who liked it back in 95 idiots. I called the people who do nothing but cry and complain idiots. Expressing your opinion is ALWAYS ok, but people who do nothing but call the new hardcore stupid and always want to live in the past I call idiots. If thats not you, then your no idiot and since this is the first topic ive seen you post about it I have nothing to call you an idiot. But if I see you start another topic like this one within a week, then i'll call you what I want ;)

oh that's news to me!!!... still called 'hard'core is it? why doesn't it sound hard then?
your starting to sound like dr0p_dead_fred.
If you want me to treat you like an 8 year old I will, ok here I go:
Yes child, its still hardcore. Which is why ALL of the hardcore arists who still produce hardcore still call it hardcore. Also is the reason why people who listen to hardcore call it hardcore. Also the reason why this website, forum, and many others exists. Not to mention the large amount of global events and raves out there. You want me to keep holding your hand and pointing these things out? Your not even making your original argument about why 95/96 was great, your now questioning and slagging the current scene and saying that it shouldn't even be called hardcore anymore.
I didn't even want to get into a fight with anyone with the exception of fred. Why are we even arguing this point, hardcore is hardcore and it shouldn't change because of how it evolved. If you really look for it, im sure anyone can find a part of the hardcore they like today. Try HN2 for starters.
*EDIT*
Let me add this too, after reading my post It came out sounding different from what I intended. 95_was_the_time, I have no disrespect toward you and how we got into this I dont know. But you have to come a realization. Your generalizing hardcore with the raverbaby sound again in your last post. Hardcore has so much more to offer these days and you should make such stereotipical conclusion about all of the hardcore sounds.

Those of you who love it as it was back in the day try these-
http://www.remanissradio.net http://www.backtotheoldskool.co.uk Maybe my grandparents were right and we are all wrong. "All this modern electric noise! That's not Real Music! None of them can play an instrument, it's all 'orrible rubbish." "In our day they sang some lovely songs. You could hear all the words.... and sing along....." ___________________________________________________________________________ deejaybee. Don't let the crap you've just taken make any difference mate.

A & B. Hardcore is always evolving you only have to listen to a 2002/03 tape to see that, if all producers thought like you there would be no hardcore it would have died years ago "Hey I've got a wkd idea for a tune lets make it sound exactly the same as we have for the last 10 years and lets produce it on the worst equipment we can find" that’s what you sound like! People use better equipment as it can help to make a more professional sounding track and give them more freedom to get sounds exactly how they want them, how is that a bad thing? If they wanted they could make a track in the style of a 1995 track with their new equipment just as easily as they could with their old stuff.
C. I will agree with you on one thing Kniteforce don't get enough exposure they are a great label but even within the more mainstream labels there is a massive variety of sounds around try some of these, Bedlam, Thin n' crispy, Next Generation/Blatant Beats, Nu energy, Relentless, CLSM etc. etc. etc. and tell me they all sound poppy and the same.
D. If you don’t care about stereotypes why did you mention them in your first post?
E. He is in 2005 :p
Just so you know I listen to ALL hardcore old and new and have done for many years.
