agreed hardcore was da shit back in the day 94/95/96 when are we gunna get off this bloody cheesy trance, euro house, scouse house band wagon??? how long is it gunna be b4 we see something new???? a new rut will be formed soon, hardcore was given a second chance will it be given another one? somebody come up with something new!!

I must admit tho REZURECTION was the camels balls i got sets from 91 - 97 and marc smith, technotrance, even hixxy is in them... old school hardcore was amasing but still we must move on and be glad we are still here.

^^ Aye marc smith, bass generator, scott brown plus the dutch lot back then aswell.
Lost nearly all my taopes from back in those days got a belter thanks to big-dave-1985 and then my thunderdome cd's to keep me happy.
Should also check out the ulster and republic of ireland dj's like tizer, paddy frazier and them, all top quality and mix in loadsa bouncy techno.

I agree, i mean hardcore has sounded the sma esince about 1999 so do you thinnk it would sound the same in two eyars time, i don't think so and chances are is it does it is going to fade out like it did in 1999...

Old stuff is my personal favourite, 94-98 style Bouncy Techo mixed up with proper Trancecore... nice 
95 if you want i'll make you a tape from 'back in the day' so you dont have to listen to all the 'Raverbaby shite'... i do see where ya comin from tho, I got Bonkers 15 last week and listened to the gabber cd which was sweet, but having listened to all the other mixes now I wish I hadn't bothered.

is the sharkey and marc smith mix not good dave mate? Wouldnt have expected much from the rest but im thinking about buying it if theres 2 good cd's, you've got very similar tastes to me so what you think?
