let them do what they want....
its just like if someone told you "if you dont wear flip flops your a bad person", and the ones who only were sneakers say "if you dont wear sneakers your a bad person"....
FFS! its there own way of life, not yours, let them do what they want and keep your damn mouth shut....

PETA's agenda:

Find videos of the absolute WORST animal 'farm' and say it's all the farm's on the planet. There are no farms with high-tech gear that clean, and feed the animals. Nope. That animal farm in the back waters of shit town = all farms. Yup.

Second, let's say we're trying to help animals! Even though they kill off the majority of the animals they save because they don't have the space..But...damn...they have a pretty big ass building for their employees for being non profit.

Sorry I agree with Whispering. They do more harm then good.

Penn and Teller are conservative ***holes. Their show Bull**** is bs in itself. Some of the points they make are ridiculous. I'm not going to be persuaded by them.

I'll agree with you that Peta has a bunch of *******s. I in no way agree with the throwing of blood on peoples fur coats or anything involving destroying others' property. I would never do anything to destroy the factory farms. I just won't support them.

Peta2 is better in my opinion. From what I've seen, they're less militant. They're at all the musical festivals I go to. They just ask you to sign petitions and stuff, and if you decline, they won't even ask why.

Then why do we have to cook meat? If we we're meant to be carnivores, we'd be able to properly digest uncooked meat.

er... you can properly digest uncooked meat. Prepared in a clean environment you most certainly can eat uncooked meat.

Not to mention peopple who have their steak cooked "blue" is basically just heated up... it's not really cooked

Back in the days before fast food chains, humans only ate wheat during winter when it was harder to hunt for meat. Our bodies haven't completely adapted to eating the amount of grains that we do, that's why so many people are gluten or wheat intolerant, or better yet, have celiac disease.

Meat has no consequence to our health for eating it. It's only beneficial in the amounts that your body NEEDS it. Society in general consumes far more protein than they need - which is a contributing factor to the overweight epidemic.

But to support a vegan appetite, you will have to take multivitamins etc to make sure that you get all the nutrients that you need.

Also, protein supports growth and healing - if you haven't finished growing yet, i wouldn't advise anyone to abstain from protein.

Humans can not eat all meat uncooked.

Perfect examples are Pork and Chicken. Even sausages. These carry a larvae disease called trichnosis which do affect humans.

I dont think Cattle or Sheep carry this larvae though, so i think that's why it's possible for us to eat undercooked beef or lamb meat for example.

Also to anyone who thinks veganism is a bad way to live because of lack of protein and calcium etc. Soy milk, soy beans, tofu, and anything else soy based is a great protein source. Soy milk actually contains more calcium than regular dairy cow milk. Also, I think it has a much more appealing taste, and a cow's milk belongs to a baby calf. Soy beans are just there....for anyone/anything.
