Also to anyone who thinks veganism is a bad way to live because of lack of protein and calcium etc. Soy milk, soy beans, tofu, and anything else soy based is a great protein source. Soy milk actually contains more calcium than regular dairy cow milk. Also, I think it has a much more appealing taste, and a cow's milk belongs to a baby calf. Soy beans are just there....for anyone/anything.
soy beans are there for animals to eat and shit out in a field so they grow more soy plants..
not for us to eat and shit down a toilet so no soy plant grows

But yet you bought and were persuaded by Peta vids? My, how open minded you are.
At the end of the day, I really dont give a damn if you dont eat meat anymore, it just means more for me and everyone else that does. My gf lives with two vegetarians and while it does rub off a little bit, I make sure she has enough meat to stay healthy. As long as she doesnt start serving me tofu or some other crap it doesnt bother me to much.
As for free range being a joke... wake up. Go to a free range farm and look for yourself.

You do realise that when the poor chickens are in the wild they have to walk around in their own feces and those of every other animal in the area as well? There arent people that walk around behind them in the wild picking up their crap whenever it tumbles out, you know. Wild deer walk around in their own shit every night and they dont care too much...
Hope your asparagus keeps you healthy!
Have a nice day.

If it's the farming methods that bother you then why not buy freerange?
Free range is a joke mate. It's a psychological trick used to make people think they're doing good. I used to get free ranged eggs. Do you realize those chickens suffer just as much as factory farmed egg laying chickens? They walk around with little to no space in their own feces because it is too much to clean it. This being, disease is common in the animals. They suffer just as much.
No, free range chickens live in fields with plenty of space, that's the whole point.

You don't need to eat meat to get protein your absolutely right there, and ignore anyone who says otherwise. However you need to understand the difference between stuff that just has protein in and stuff that has complete protein in (google it), as complete protein has all the essential amino acids you need in the correct ammounts.
All forms of beans and legumes (soybeans are the best source) have a good ammount of protein in and are a good alternative to meat, and a HELL of alot cheaper. Also make sure you get some other source of protein though that has the couple of amino acids that are missing from those (brown rice for example). As long as you get complete protein this way you have absolutely no need for meat at all.

Cheese and bread together is an even worse combination due to the fat/carb mix :P I ****ing love cheese though, it's one of the finest foods known to man!
