So you can't compare us to other animals.
come on.. humans are no less animal then other species, were like very complex bacteria takin over the earth
Nice to see someone can be abit more open minded.
How am I not open minded? He stated nothing more then I said.
I never said we weren't animals. But there are no animals that come close to what we can do, what we've done, and what we will do. For better, or for worse.
How can you compare us to things that have NEVER reached the level we've attained in our species short time?

Vegetarianism is simply a lifestyle choice that even though I don't understand I respect his decisions and you should too. Whether or not we were once carnivores is beside the point not to mention completely trivial. Just remember one thing: nobody will change their beliefs just because some guy from far away disagrees with him/her. And by the way, open-mindedness is great until your brain falls out.

I didn't say you weren't open minded. Of the people who have posted you have been one of the only open minded. Though you seemed to take my comments personaly for some reason it seems but thats all.

It still makes me feel better about myself. I know people will still eat meat, and I respect their choice as they should mine, but don't say one person never made a difference. There are too many examples through world history where one or two people who thought differently made a difference.

Then why do we have to cook meat? If we we're meant to be carnivores, we'd be able to properly digest uncooked meat.
But we are. I like my steak very rare, so it's actually raw in the middle sometimes, and I don't have any problems digesting it.
