CONFIRMED: Bonkers to be released by AATW + new HTID album in the works

HappyHardcore.com made a few phone calls this afternoon to AATW, we talked to top management and they have confirmed that UK record label AATW has purchased the rights to the Bonkers series and will be releasing future titles. We have been hearing rumors about the purchase for some time and even AATW confirmed (on happyhardcore.com) that they might be purchasing it this news is the first official confirmation.
HappyHardcore.com asked if they will be changing the formula for future bonkers releases, AATW said that they didn't have any intention to change the concept of the releases but would love to make it bigger.
We then asked about other titles including a tip off of a new Hardcore til I die album, AATW also confirmed that the title is in the early planning stages.

Update: We have talked to AATW and they have confirmed the title and the release date.
Set your heads to spin, released over the weekend by an online retailer was a potential release date for the upcoming LiveWired DVD album project by Scott Brown. We at HappyHardcore.com tried to confirm this with Evolution records and Scott Brown to no avail at the time.
In further research today we come across a juicy piece of information, after some careful digging we found Amazon has the album up for pre-order confirming the release date and the album is to be released by All around the world (AATW), the same label that gave you the Clubland X-treme hardcore series!
This release marks the first solo project hardcore from Scott Brown with AATW and a new potential hardcore series from AATW.
LiveWired by Scott Brown is set to be released 14 July 2008 and can me pre-ordered now!

UK based hardcore producer Al Storm has posted new audio over the weekend and send HappyHardcore.com some links for some of the work he has been involved in the past few months. Labels are also written but no words on release dates for any of these. Check it out:
Some new clips were posted over the weekly which according to the poster publically unveiled collaborations between Fracus and his new vocalist Sam Honey.
There has been some rumbling from former UK based producer Oli G, now based in LA, USA that the hardcore label Camel Records will be making a return in 2008.
Oli G is keeping his cards close to his chest at this point but there *should* be some sort of announcement for the label's digital release plans in the coming months.

Hardcore Nation - Next Generation UK nation newspaper advert

The physical release of Hardcore Nation - Next Generation came out today and we've managed to get the advert that is currently be displayed in the UK Mirror newspaper. This is a first (at least recently) to advertise in a nationally covered generic newspaper.
Hardcore Nation - Next Generation is mixed by Joey Riot & DJ Kurt, Al Storm, Al Twisted & DJ JFX (CD1) and Darwin, Fracus & JAKAZiD (CD2) the digital release dates were 25th February 2008 for iTunes and CD & other digital release dates 17th March 2008. The physical release date is set to 2nd June 2008.
Note we have reduced the size of the advert for posting on the internet. zavvi is the new name for virgin megastore we're told.

True Hardcore 2 officially has a release date of June 23rd 2008, final artwork has also been released as well as one of the CD face artwork for the Sy & Unknown disc. No official tracklisting as of yet, we'll keep you posted.

Hardcore label Electronica Exposed has posted that they are no longer releasing hardcore due to personal and other reasons. Read their statement and discuss.
"After much consideration, Electronica Exposed will stop releasing hardcore and freeform in 2008.
The decision has been based on a number of both business and personal factors, but unfortunately it would be impossible to run the hardcore and freeform side of the business at the current standard, and I do not wish to continue if this standard cannot be sustained.
Running the labels has had its ups and downs over the years but I'd like to thank everyone who has bought the releases, all of the artists for supplying great music, all the businesses I've dealt with (even if the majority of them ended up in liquidation or administration lol) and all the great people I've met along the way.
For the time being, Electronica Exposed will continue to operate as normal. There are many releases still scheduled for this year including:
